Metro-North and Amtrak passengers:  Traveling to or from Bard College Monday through Saturday?  Consider taking the Dutchess County Transit Route C bus between Kline Bus Stop Poughkeepsie Station.  The ride is free if you show the driver your current Bard ID while boarding.


Bard-Tivoli-Red Hook Shuttle Mission Statement

The Bard-Tivoli-Red Hook Shuttle is intended to offer safe and reliable transportation to and from campus for students residing off campus in the neighboring villages of Tivoli and Red Hook so that they may attend class and engage in the academic life of the college.

Any and all persons riding Bard Shuttles must be a Bard student, faculty or staff member with a valid and legible Bard ID. Guests must be accompanied by Bard student, faculty or staff member to use the shuttles. Guest must have a valid pass issued by the office of Security, no exceptions.

Drivers will pickup and drop off passengers only at designated Bard Shuttle stops.  Please arrive early, and wait safely off the road at your scheduled stop.

Dutchess County Transit’s Route “C” Bus to and from Poughkeepsie Train Station for Metro-North and Amtrak trains is free with a current Bard Student ID ($1.75 without ID). The Route “C” Bus schedule runs Monday through Saturday.
