Fall 2021 Returning Undergraduates

Bard Transportation Services is offering free transportation to returning undergraduates from Poughkeepsie and Rhinecliff Stations on the dates and times listed below.

Reservations are required, and may be made online August 6-29 at the Bard Transportation Store. We will confirm reservations to your Bard student email addresses.

In accordance with New York State guidelines, all Bard Transportation Passengers and Drivers are required to wear a face mask.

Metro-North (NYC to Poughkeepsie)

Bard Express Vans or TTI White School Bus will depart Poughkeepsie Station taxi stand off the main lobby at the following times:  All passengers will be dropped at the check-in location on Bard’s Annandale campus until registration is closed, and at Kline Bus stop after registration hours end.

  • Friday, August 27, 2021:  12:00 pm | 3:00 pm | 5:00 pm | 7:00 pm
  • Saturday, August 28, 2021: 11:00 am | 7:00 pm | 9:00 pm
  • Sunday, August 29, 2021: 12:00 pm | 3:00 pm | 6:00 pm | 8:00 pm | 10:00 pm

Amtrak (NYC to Rhinecliff)

Bard 14 passenger shuttle will depart Rhinecliff Station parking lot off the main lobby at the following times: All passengers will be dropped at the check-in location on Bard’s Annandale campus until registration is closed, and at Kline Bus stop after registration hours end.

Dutchess County Transit’s Route “C” Bus to and from Poughkeepsie Train Station for Metro-North and Amtrak trains is free with a current Bard Student ID ($1.75 without ID). The Route “C” Bus schedule runs Monday through Saturday.
