We invite you to join us for the opening of our new community reading room at Kline Commons on Thursday, March 28th at 4:30 p.m.
Sponsored by the Bard Reading Initiative in collaboration with Kline Commons and Stevenson Library, the kLIneBRARY is a space to come together around a shared love of books and ideas. Our initial collection includes titles selected by students for BRI, a selection of FYSEM titles, and a curated collection of books by faculty and student clubs. Moving forward, we hope this will be a community space where people can share what they are reading by hosting events and creating interactive book displays.
To help us build this community collection, we invite you to bring ONE book that means something to you that you would like to donate to the library. You will have a chance to “catalog” your book while enjoying tea and cookies! What could be better?
We look forward to seeing you on Thursday!
