Degree Recital Schedule and Checklist

Before September 30

• Submit the Recital Scheduling Form

Upon receiving your recital date

• Schedule Recital Contract Signing with Mary-Liz O’Neill [email protected].

Eight weeks before your recital

• Download Conservatory Production Form Packet
• Discuss and finalize program repertoire with your teacher and other participating musicians.

Thirty days before your recital

• Turn in completed and signed Recital Program Information Form to the Concert Office. Remember to also e-mail program repertoire information in a google document or word document to [email protected]. 
• Confirm our dress rehearsal date and time.
• Confirm and coordinate any special A/V requests with Marc Mancus 
• Submit your Conservatory Production Form Packet with stage setups for each piece
• Submit to the concert office any final posters and images (jpg-format, maximum 2MB), graphics you would like used to promote your concert

Two weeks before your recital

• Proofread FINAL program
• Finish program notes and make copies.

One week before your recital

• Practice, practice, practice
• Your program goes to the printer

The day of your recital

• Relax, enjoy your performance!
