Collin is a second year Master's candidate at Bard Center for Environmental Policy where he is completing his thesis on the intersection of land conservation and renewable energy development. Collin previously earned his Bachelor's degree in Environmental Science from the University of Connecticut and has served in the AmeriCorps in Massachusetts and Washington.
