Marc oversees the production elements of all Conservatory events, including degree and non-degree recitals, chamber concerts, noon concerts, faculty recitals, and any other special events. He also coordinates the use of any A/V equipment, equipment maintenance, and livestreaming in CPS and Olin Hall. All stage plots, production needs, and equipment requests should be submitted to Marc at least 30 days before your concert or recording date.

In addition to the Conservatory’s concert production needs, Marc handles all Olin Hall reservations and oversees all student employees within the Conservatory. Marc’s office is in Blum N122.  Marc is best reached via email and happy to set up an in-person meeting.

Michael makes regular rounds of all the pianos on campus for tunings and repairs. If you notice tuning problems or repairs needed anywhere on campus, please fill out the Piano Tuning Request Form, or send an email to [email protected].

Plan Ahead

All recitals are coordinated by the Conservatory Concert Office. We are a small office, with a lot of concerts and events to manage. The earlier you finalize your concert details, the better we can help you with your event.

  • Sign up early for Noon Concerts.
  • Pay attention and respect deadlines.
  • If you need to cancel a concert or rehearsal, please let the concert office know!
