The turtle tops are 12 or 14 passenger vehicles by law and will never exceed this limit.<br \/>\n<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Q. Why didn&#8217;t the shuttle show up at my stop?<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>A. Possible reasons that the shuttle did not show up at a stop<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>The shuttle is full and therefore cannot accept more passengers.<\/li>\n<li>There is inclement weather and the shuttle service has been discontinued for safety. (Security will send out an update in this case).<\/li>\n<li>The shuttle has broken down (in which case security will send out an update).<\/li>\n<li>There have been road delays or detours.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p><strong>Q. Why is the shuttle leaving early, or running late? <\/strong><\/p>\n<p>A. The shuttle does its best to remain on schedule. Passengers should arrive at the stop five minutes early.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Q. Why won&#8217;t the driver let me on the shuttle?<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>A. The shuttle may only carry 32 passengers by law, and the driver will <strong>never<\/strong> make exceptions to this law.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Q. Why won&#8217;t the shuttle stop when I wave it down?<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>A. Stopping at undesignated locations is dangerous and unsafe, drivers are only permitted to make stops at the predetermined locations indicated on the shuttle schedule.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Q. Why can&#8217;t the shuttle drop me off in-between stops?<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>A. Can I bring my bike or a pet on the shuttle?<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>A. No bikes or pets are allowed on the shuttle, the exception being only registered service animals.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Q. What kind of shuttle picks up at the Rhinecliff train station?<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>A. In general a 12 or 14 passenger turtle top with a Bard logo will depart the parking lot just outside the main lobby.\u00a0 All passengers will be taken to the Kline Southbound bus stop.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Q. What kind of shuttle picks up at the Poughkeepsie train station?<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>A.
