She quotes an <a title=\"Institute for Women's Policy Research\" href=\"http:\/\/www.iwpr.org\/\" target=\"_blank\">Institute for Women&#8217;s Policy Research<\/a> <a href=\"http:\/\/www.iwpr.org\/publications\/pubs\/recommendations-for-improving-women2019s-employment-in-the-recovery\/at_download\/file\">paper<\/a> that refers to our research, found in <a title=\"Why President Obama should care about care\" href=\"http:\/\/www.levyinstitute.org\/publications\/?docid=1227\" target=\"_blank\">this policy brief<\/a>. Early childhood education and home health care represent great opportunities for improving quality of life for the care recipients as well as for the people who would become employed under these proposals.
