This fall, the building is open only to current Bard students, faculty and staff. <\/span><b>Please plan to show your ID at the front desk when you come in<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">. We appreciate your cooperation!\u00a0 When you come in, you may notice a few changes:<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400\"><b>The Research Help Desk has moved <\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">to the center of the first floor, just opposite the rear side of the front desk. A librarian will be on duty at the Research Help\u00a0 Desk Monday-Thursday 9:30-7:30, Fridays 9:30-3:30, and Sundays 12pm-5pm.\u00a0 Stop by the desk anytime you have questions about using the library or doing research. We\u2019re glad to help!\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400\"><b>Current periodicals have moved<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400\"> to the Hoffman Reading Room (aka \u201cthe silent room\u201d) on the second floor.\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">You\u2019ll see several new faces around the library! This summer, Shirra Rockwood was promoted to Acquisitions Librarian, Kayla Whitehead joined us as Electronic Resources Librarian, and Melanie Mambo joined us as Resource Sharing Librarian.
