Nuvance Health – Northwell Health/Northern Dutchess Hospital (NDH) welcomes Bard students to volunteer in various departments. To apply for a volunteer position, students must follow the application process. This process is similar to a job application, where the hospital conducts thorough vetting of candidates. Please be aware that this process may take 3-4 weeks to complete. Not every applicant is accepted to volunteer; the hospital will make its own hiring decisions.
Confirmed and selected student volunteers will be able to volunteer on pre-scheduled days and times. If there are students interested in volunteering for the same shift they may be able to do so on a rotating basis.
