Want to print from your laptop?

To print from your laptop, download the appropriate from Bard IT’s Bard Print page.

Mac:
www.bard.edu/helpdesk/software/printing/Bard-Printing-Mac.dmg

If you have a Mac, you may need to disable Gatekeeper. Go to System Preferences > Security > Gatekeeper and disable it before you download the Mac Driver.

Windows:
www.bard.edu/helpdesk/software/printing/Bard-Printing-Win.exe

Once you install the driver you will be able to select All_Campus_BW as a printer option from your laptop.

If you need help, go to the HelpDesk at New Henderson during business hours or stop by the reference desk.

It tells me that the installation failed because it couldn’t find the package “All_Campus_BW” on the server manifest.
    What do I do?

      Hello Liri,

Thanks for taking a moment to respond to this post. Let’s get a bit of information first. What device are you using, a Mac or PC? Once the proper file was downloaded, the installation failed and never finished?

The best suggestion for now would be to delete the older file you downloaded and try the download again. There may have been an interruption during your download process that could have lost a few bytes of information. If the file doesn’t install properly again, please come in to the library and see either Betsy, Jeremy or myself (Andrew) to have the issue looked at properly. I hope this helps.

      Sincerely,
      Andrew
